1.1 Dear user, this job is a remote part-time position, so there is no need for a formal paper contract. Successfully registering an account is equivalent to signing with the platform because registering a platform account requires your personal phone number.
1.2 Protecting users' personal information and merchant information is a fundamental principle of this website. Charlix employs professional encryption storage and transmission channels to secure user information. Should any information be leaked without the user's consent, this website will take legal action.
1.3 In the course of using the service, users are required to provide certain necessary information. For account registration services, users must fill in their phone number and agree to the relevant terms. If the information provided by the user is incomplete or incorrect, the user may be prohibited from using the website.
1.4 Under normal circumstances, users can modify the data they have submitted at any time. However, for security reasons (e.g., account retrieval services), users may not be able to freely modify their personal information after registration.
1.5 Charlix utilizes various security technologies and procedures and has a comprehensive management system in place to protect users' personal information. Any unauthorized use will be subject to legal sanctions. The final registered phone number for new and existing Charlix accounts cannot be changed at will.
1.6 Under no circumstances will Charlix disclose user information to companies and organizations outside of Charlix without the user's consent.
1.7 For users under the age of 18, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required before using the site's services.
2.1 Users are required to complete a set of product optimizations before applying for withdrawal.
2.2 Users cannot withdraw funds during the product optimization process.
2.3 Users cannot cancel or skip a product.
2.4 For the security of the funds in user accounts, if the funds in a user account on the platform exceed 40,000 USDC and a password reset is required, a deposit of 100% of the total amount in the account must be paid. This deposit will be returned to the user's account, and once the password is successfully reset, the entire amount in the account can be withdrawn together.
2.5 If a user forgets their withdrawal password, they should contact online customer service to reset it. If the user's account balance on the platform exceeds 150,000 USDC and a password reset is required, a deposit of 50% of the total account balance must be paid. This deposit will be returned to the user's account, and once the password is successfully reset, the entire account balance can be withdrawn together.
3.1 Agreement: The user contract and terms of service will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth on the account. The user must provide the site with relevant information and documents and will be bound by the terms and conditions of the contract.
3.2 The site provides services to all users in accordance with these terms. If you have any questions or other significant inquiries, please contact the relevant department for feedback.
3.3 Users must complete all tasks on the day of registration. Failure to complete these tasks within the specified time may restrict your account functions and affect your credit score.
3.4 If a user is unable to complete a set of tasks on the same day, the user may request an extension from customer service. If the user fails to complete a set of tasks within three days, the platform system will automatically lower the user's account credit score.
3.5 If a user fails to complete all tasks within the specified time, resulting in a negative impact on their credit score, they must improve their credit score to meet the minimum standards before they can proceed with account withdrawal operations. Please ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
3.6 Due to the lowered account credit score, the system restricts withdrawals from the user's account. After raising the account credit score to 100%, the user must pay 50% of the total funds in the account to lift the withdrawal restriction.
